10 In case of the absence of the Chief Editor and the stoppage of a grant or the expenses from me, the selection of the works to be published in the Series from surplus sale-proceeds as provided above, is to be left to the discretion of a suitable person to be appointed by the Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan.
11 Any provision made at the present moment for future when Muniji and myself or any one of us shall not be in the land of the living, will be entirely a hypothetical one and therefore has been left out intentionally. New arrangements shall have to be made with my successor or successors and the Executive Body of the Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, in case I do not make any permanent provision for the continuation of the publication of the Singhi Jain Series during my lifetime, and my successor or successors elect to continue to bear the expenses of such publication. 12 I shall donate Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) in cash towards the expenses of constructing a Hall in the centre of the second floor of the Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan building, and the said hall to be designated after the name of the person to be suggessed by me.
