4 I shall pay the emoluments of other Sub-editor or Sub-editors and other employees as will be appointed according to the requirements and selection of the Chief Editor, Shri Muniji. 5 I shall pay all the costs of papers, printing charges, binding charges and other costs incidental to the preparation and publication of the Singhi Jain Series, the accounts of which will be passed by Muniji and will be submitted to me annually by the Vidya Bhavan.
6 The nett sale-proceeds of the books published in the Singhi Jain Series to be included and credited in the account of the said Series and to be utilized towards the publication of the said Series as above.
7 The Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan to remain hereafter as the publisher of the Singhi Jain Series and shall hand over to me 50 copies of each of the books published in the Series free of charge, and shall also distribute free of charge to the person or persons as directed by the Chief Editor.

The selection of the works to be published in the Singhi Jain Series is to be left entirely to the discretion of Muniji as its Chief Editor, who will do so in consultation with me.
Even if a grant or the expenses as mentioned above are not paid or borne by me in future, for the continuation and maintainance of the work of the publication of the books in the Singhi Jain Series, the Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan shall continue the editing and publishing of new works, or reprinting of the books already published in the Series, as directed by the Chief Editor, from the surplus sale-proceeds of the books of the Series published up to that period.
