सूत्र २३ :
इसी प्रकार क्षेमक गाथापति का वर्णन समझें । विशेष इतना है कि वे काकन्दी नगरी के निवासी थे और सोलह वर्ष का उनका दीक्षा काल रहा । यावत् वे भी विपुलगिरि पर सिद्ध हुए । (पांचवां अध्ययन समाप्त)
Chapter 5 Maxim 23 :
Similar is the description of Ksemaka trader. Excepting; he was the inhabitant of Kākandi city. His consecration period was of sixteen years until, he attained salvation at Vipulagiri.

छठा अध्ययन सूत्र २४ :
एवं धितिहरे वि गाहावई । काकंदी णयरी । सोलसवासा परियाओ जाव
विपुले सिद्धे । सूत्र २४ :
ऐसे ही धृतिधर गाथापति का वर्णन समझना चाहिए । वे काकन्दी नगरी के निवासी थे, सोलह वर्ष तक निर्मल चारित्र पालकर वे भी विपुलगिरि पर सिद्ध हुए।
