Bhagawana bowed down and worshipped and sat near the Loard.
Now Gautama came to Bhagawāna Mahāvīra, showed him the meals he had brought and then took it. He later absorbed his soul in penance and constraint.
In the mean time Śramaṇa Bhagawāna Mahāvīra told religious discourse to Atimuktakumāra. Hearing and taking to heart that discourse he became very glad and uttered
O beloved as gods! Your discourse is very interesting and dear to me. It touched my heart. Taking permission of my parents I intend to enter the sage order accepting consecration at your feet.
Bhagawana said-Do, as you feel happy, O beloved as gods ! but do not delay in auspicious deed.
सूत्र ३८ :
तए णं से अइमुत्ते कुमारे जेणेव अम्मापियरो तेणेव उवागए; जाव
पव्वइत्तए ।
अइमुत्तं कुमारं अम्मापियरो एवं क्यासी
"बाले सिताब तुमं पुत्ता ! असंबुद्धे सि तुमं पुत्ता ! किण्णं तुमं जाणासि धम्मं ?"
तए णं से अइमुत्ते कुमारे अम्मापियरो एवं बयासी - एवं खलु अहं अम्मयाओ, जं चेव जाणामि, तं चेव ण जाणामि; जं चेव ण जाणामि, तं चैव जाणामि ।
तए णं तं अइमुत्तं कुमारं अम्मापियरो एवं वयासी
"कहं णं तुमं पुत्ता ! जं चैव जाणासि तं चेव ण जाणासि, जं चेवण जाणासि तं चैव जाणासि ?"
