विद्यार्थी जीवन में ही लिखा था, जिसको देखकर पञ्जाब के शिक्षा मन्त्री खानबहादुर शेख अब्दुलक़ादिर ने लिखा, "मैंने आज इस ड्रामे को अम्बाले में स्टेज पर देखा है, दिलचस्प है । अशार और गज़लें मुफीद हैं। यह मालूम करके कि इसको एक तालीबरइल्म ने लिखा है ज्यादा खुशो हुई । मुसन्निक हौसला अफजाई का मुस्तहक़ है"। बी० डी० हाई स्कूल के संस्थापक रायबहादुर ला बनारसोदास के अनुसार, "इसके गाने देश-भक्ति और समाज सेवा से भरे हुए हैं। पञ्जाब सरकार के शिक्षा मन्त्री तथा अनेक महान व्यक्तियों के सम्मुख खेलते हुए मैंने इसे स्वयं देखा है । इसकी भाषा प्रभावशाली और लॉट सुन्दर हैं । सबने इसकी प्रशंसा की है" । रायबहादुर ला० आत्माराम इंसपेक्टर ऑफ स्कूल्स अम्बाला डिवीजन ने इसकी प्रशंसा करते हुए डिस्ट्रिक्ट इंसपेक्टरों के नाम इस पुस्तक को मदरसों की लाइब्रोरियों के लिये खरीदने का सरकूलर जारी कर दिया । सी० पी० और बरार के डाइरेक्टर तालीम ने भी इसे मदरमों की लाइब्रोरियों के लिये स्वीकार किया । ? Performance was greatly appreciated and its moral effect in directing young minds towards Scocial Service at the expense of personal comforts was of incalculable value.
