Description.- Birchbark; thin, brittle but preserved in good con
dition by mending the edges of folios with paper slips;
hand-writing, bold, uniform and legible; Sarada characters. Age.- The Ms is very old. Author.-- Jayaratha. Begins.
ॐ स्वस्ति ॥ श्रीगणेशाय नमः ॥
स्ता...निजेति । परकीयाणां हि सूत्राणां तात्पर्यकथनेनवबोधोपि स्यादिति भावः । तथा न कैश्चिदपि परैरीद्वंशि सूत्राणि कृतानीत्यपि ध्वनितम् । तात्पर्यमिति । संक्षिप्तार्थप्रकाशनमित्यर्थः ॥ अन्यथा हि कथमेषां बहुनापि
ग्रंथेन पारं न यायात् ॥ Ends.- folio 138
राजराज इति सुभुजामभूदग्रणीगुणिगणा श्रया.............सरसि राजहंसतामातनोत्कलिघनागमपि यः ॥ शक्राधिकश्रियस्तस्य श्रीगंगार इति श्रुतः। गुणाभिक्रांतधिषणो मंत्रिणामग्रणीरभूत् ॥ तदात्मजन्मा वैदग्ध्यबंधुर्जयरथाभिधः । व्यधादिदमसामान्य श्रवणाभरणं सतां ॥ यन्नाम किंचिदिह सम्यगथान्यथा वा साक्षादलंकृतिनयोचितमेतदुक्तम् ।। विद्वेषरोषमपसार्य बुधैः क्ष.....त्रावधेयमियतैव वयं कृतार्थाः ॥ परिपूर्णयमलंकारविमर्शिनी कृतिस्तत्रभवतो राजानकश्रीजयरथस्यति येन लिखितं तस्य शुभानिमस्तु पुत्रैः सह

in appearance ; Devanagari characters; small but legible hand-writing; the Ms is very closely written; borders ruled with double black lines ; fol. 3, missing ; there is a circular diagram on folio 40; colophons and certain other portions of the text marked out with red pigment; corrections made with yellow pigment; the work consists of Io Ullasas as under :
