Description.- Country paper, old, musty, brittle and worn out ;
borders of some folios ruled with single black lines while those of others ruled with double black lines; bold and clear hand-writing ; corners of some folios slightly torn away; some folios repaired with paper slips possibly before the Ms was written; corrections made with yellow pigment; certain lines and words marked out with red pigment; traces of the Ms having been soaked with water are noticeabele on some folios ; hand-writing not uniform ; folios 37, 38 and 39 written with a different hand and appear to be inserted later ; folios 40 to 81 extremely musty owing to the spreading and absorption of ink in the body of folios; after folio 81 there is separate numbering of folios, there being 23 folios which are so added. The total of folios is (81 +23) 3104. The band-writing of the 23 folios and also the paper used are different.
Age. - The Ms appears to be very old. Author.- Vaidyanātha Tatsat, son of Rāmacandra (or Rama
buddha ) Bhatta and grandson of Vitthala Bhațţa of the Tatsat family.
