The Ms contains the text only and not the commentary. Age. The Ms appears to be not very old.

Author.- Rāmacandra and his confrére Gunacandra. phons refer to the work as 'रामचंद्रगुणचंद्र विरचिते'. is known about Guṇacandra. Both were the disciples of Hemacandra. Ramacandra lived probably from 1100 to 1175 A. D. (See Introduction to the Edition of the work in the GOS-1929 p. 3).

Subject. Science of Dramaturgy unlike the Dasarūpaka of Dhanañjaya. Ramacandra divides dramas into twelve kinds. He follows the Daśarupaka in many instances but no where does he refer to it by name or to its author Dhananjaya.
