सशास्त्रोद्धारकः इत्याशक्य नारायणः शुद्धशिवश्रीरामानंदयोगिराट् प्रभुर्वीरस्त्यागी विद्याभोगींद्रो गुरुर्देवोहि षोडशैतानि नामैकमेकस्यैव भविष्यति इति ग्रंथकर्तुः भविष्यर्थे वरदस्यः इदानीं प्रस्तुतोपयोगमनुसरन्नाह
वैद्यप्पमंत्रितनयः कोकिलांबा तनूभवः नारायणः सिद्धशिवयोगिराजो विराजते
वरकोटिकलपूडिवंशजो ब्रह्मवेत्ता(ज्ञ) सकलसुकलश्रीवत्सगोत्रः कवींद्रः भरतमखिलमापस्तंबसूत्रः पवित्रः स्फुटतरमकरोत्तं योगिनारायणार्यः देवस्सनामेति करोन्नाट्यसर्वस्वदीपिका संग्रहीतुस्तस्य कवेरारंभस्सूच्यते- वैद्याह्वयं स्वगुरुनाथमहं प्रणम्य
सम्यानिधाय हृदि सांबशिवांघ्रिपद्मं । संस्तुत्य देवमुनिपूर्वकविं मुदामुं
व्याकर्तुमादिभरतं स्फुटमारभामि ।। Only the following colophon on folio 25 mentions the name of the author. "नारायणसिद्धशिवश्रीरामानंदयोगीराजावरचिते अधिभरते नाट्यानां नाट्यांगसामग्यादि हस्तादि देवतांत्त सप्तप्रकरणनिरूपणं नाम षष्ठोध्यायः” The Ms contains text of Adibharata and commentary Nāțyasarvasvadipikā. As we have no Ms of cha before us it is not possible to say how far the text of the work is continuons in the present copy or whether the text is
quoted in part only. Age.-The manuscript appears to be not very old. Author.- Natyasarvasvadipika appears to be a commentary on the
Adibharata. The author of Adidharata appears to be Nārāyaṇa (alias Rāmānanda Yogirāja) who was the son of the minister
"वैद्यप्प" and his wife 'कोकिला(म्बा). He belonged to the • घरकोटिकलपूडि family of वत्स गोत्र.
The author of the नाट्यसर्वस्वदीपिका, in the verse "वैद्याह्वयं... आरभामि,” bows to his preceptor by name वैद्य and commences his exposition of आदिभरत. It is not clear who is
the author of the नाट्यसर्वस्वदीपिका. Subject.-Dramaturgy (Natya).
