( २१३ ) 5 PREPARATIONS FOR WELCOME
103. King Drupad once again called his servants and instructed, “Beloved of gods! Go out of the town and select a spot on the bank of the Ganges which
is neither very far nor very near Kampilyapur city and erect a large 5 Svayamvar pavilion. It should have hundreds of beautifully decorated pillars
embellished with motifs of dancing girls. This pavilion should be enchanting, C 15 beautiful, grand, and inviting.” The servants did as told and reported back. र सूत्र १०४ : तए णं से दुवए राया कोडुंबियपुरिसे सद्दावेइ, सद्दावित्ता एवं वयासीके खिप्पामेव भो देवाणुप्पिया ! वासुदेवपामोक्खाणं बहूणं रायसहस्साणं आवासे करेह।' ते विड र करित्ता पच्चप्पिणंति। २ सूत्र १०४ : राजा द्रुपद ने पुनः सेवकों को बुलाकर कहा-“देवानुप्रियो ! शीघ्रता से वासुदेव । र आदि अनेक हज़ारों राजाओं के लिए आवास तैयार करो।" सेवकों ने आवास की व्यवस्था कर द 5 सूचना दी। र 104. Make arrangements for the stay of Krishna Vasudev and other thousands of 15 kings.” The servants did as told and reported back. र सूत्र १०५ : तए णं दुवए राया वासुदेवपामुक्खाणं बहूणं रायसहस्साणं आगमणं जाणेत्ता ट 5 पत्तेयं पत्तेयं हत्थिखंधं जाव परिवुडे अग्धं च पज्जं च गहाय सव्विड्डीए कंपिल्लपुराओ । र निग्गच्छइ, निग्गच्छित्ता जेणेव ते वासुदेवपामोक्खा बहवे रायसहस्सा तेणेव उवागच्छइ, से 5 उवागच्छित्ता ताई वासुदेवपामोक्खाइं अग्घेण य पज्जेण य सक्कारेइ, सम्माणेइ, सक्कारित्ता डा र सम्माणिता तेसिं वासुदेवपामुक्खाणं पत्तेयं पत्तेयं आवासे वियरइ। 5 सूत्र १०५ : वासुदेव आदि अनेक राजाओं के आगमन की सूचना पाकर राजा द्रुपद स्वयं र हाथी पर बैठकर सुभटों को साथ ले, अर्घ्य (पुष्प आदि) और जल (पाद्य-चरण पखालने के लिए)
लेकर सम्पूर्ण वैभव सहित प्रत्येक राजा का स्वागत करने हेतु नगर से बाहर निकला। जिस स्थान 5 पर वासुदेव आदि राजा आ पहुँचे थे वहाँ जाकर उन सबका अर्घ्य और पाद्य से सत्कार सम्मान र किया और उन्हें पृथक्-पृथक् आवास प्रदान किये। 5 105.
