The interpration of the later part given here differs in several points from that offered by Ratnesvara. For वहेडिअ see अवहेडिअ (Paiasaddamahanna vo). For उविठ्ठी see the disscussion of the verse in my paper 'Apabhramsa uvvittha- ' lost taste', 'became insipid'," Journal of the Oriental Institue, Baroda, 13. 1. 1963, pp. 17-20 [= my Anusilano (in Gujarati), 1965 pp. 101-106; 1976, y.75-78]; also Alsdorf, Apabhramsa Studien, 1937 (pp. 38 ff), where Pischel's interpretation of the verse in his Materialien is also examined.
The metre is to be identified as Rāsaka.
42. The illustration of Abhigama, one of the Hetus of Pravrtti (SP. p. 488)
This is the same as No. 36.
43. The illustration of Raksavidhāna (SP. p. 672).
The second part of the illustration is in Apabhramsa. No conneeted line or phrase can be made out from the garbled text.
44. The illustration of the Ubhayakrta Variety of Krtrima Anuraga (SP. p. 825).
