अदिट्ठधम्मे विणए अकोविए असंविभागी न हु तस्स मुक्खो॥ अविनीत पुरुष के गुण नष्ट होते हैं और विनयी पुरुष के गुणों में विकास होता है अथवा अविनीत विपत्ति का भागी होता है सुविनीत संपत्ति का। ये दोनों बातें जिसको ज्ञात हैं वह शिक्षा को सुखपूर्वक प्राप्त करता है॥२२॥ ___ जो पुरुष क्रोधी, अपनी बुद्धि और ऋद्धि का अभिमान करने वाला, चुगलखोर और दुस्साहसी है; जो आज्ञा की अवहेलना करने वाला, धर्म से अपरिचित तथा विनय से अनभिज्ञ एवं अंसविभागी होता है, वह कभी भी मोक्ष प्राप्त नहीं कर सकता॥२३॥ HUMBLE ONE BEGETS WEALTH
22, 23. A rude person begets troubles and a polite one gets wealth. He who knows these facts gets education conveniently.
A shraman who is short tempered, proud of his wisdom and wealth, backbiter, foolhardy, disobedient, irreligious, ignorant of humility and who does not share his alms with fellow ascetics can never attain liberation. विशेषार्थ :
