liberation, who has acquired the Achar samadhi and who has perfected the discipline of senses and mind, stops the inflow of karmas and thereby steers his soul towards the lofty state of liberation.
६ : अभिगम चउरो समाहिओ सुविसुद्धो सुसमाहिअप्पओ।
विउलहिअं सुहावहं पुणो, कुब्वइ सो पयखेममप्पणो॥ चार प्रकार के समाधि भेदों को सम्यक् प्रकार से जानकर स्वच्छ निर्मल चित्त वाला एवं अपने आप को संयम में पूर्णतया स्थिर रखने वाला साधु, हितकारी, सुखकारी और कल्याणकारी सिद्ध पद को प्राप्त करता है॥६॥
6. A shraman who fully knows the secrets of the four samadhis, who has attained the purity of soul and who has perfected the unwavering discipline attains the benefic, blissful and rewarding status of Siddha.
७ : जाइमरणाओ मुच्चई इत्थंथं च चएइ सव्वसो। सिद्धे वा हवइ सासए देवे वा अप्परए महिड्डिए॥
___त्ति बेमि। __जो मुनि पूर्व सूत्रों में कथित समाधि गुणों को धारण करते हैं, वे जन्म-मरण | से मुक्त हो जाते हैं; नरक आदि पर्यायों को त्याग देते हैं तथा इस प्रकार वह - सिद्ध पद को प्राप्त कर लेते हैं अथवा अल्प कर्म विकार वाले महर्द्धिक देव होते
हैं॥७॥ ___ ऐसा मैं कहता हूँ।
7. The ascetics who acquire all the virtues mentioned above go beyond the natural transformations and are liberated from the cycles of rebirth, thereby attaining the state of Siddha. If not, they at least reincarnate as the higher gods with minimal karmic impurities. : . . . . . So I say.
