भिक्षु अनंतकासंयुक्त (मिश्रित) आहार करता है अथवा करने वाले का समर्थन करता है। ( उसे गुरुचौमासी प्रायश्चित्त आता है ।)

विवेचन - जिस वनस्पति में अनन्त जीव हो वह अनन्तकायिक वनस्पति कहलाती है। आगमों में अनन्तकाय के कुछ लक्षण इस प्रकार हैं
1. जिस वनस्पति के टुकड़े में से दूध निकले।
2. हाथ से टुकड़े करने पर जिस वनस्पति के दो समतल विभाग हों।
3. जिस वनस्पति के विभाग को चक्राकार काटने पर कटे हुए भाग में पृथ्वीरज के समान कण-कण
दिखाई दें।
4. जिस वनस्पति के मूल, कंद, खंध और शाखा की छाल अधिक मोटी हो।
5. जिस पत्ते में शिराएँ (रेशे) न दिखें। संधियाँ न दिखें।

इस प्रकार शाक, पत्ते आदि वनस्पतियाँ भी अनंतकाय हो सकती हैं तथा पणग, सेवाल, आलू, लहसून, कांदा (प्याज), गाजर, मूला, अदरक, हल्दी, रतालू, शकरकंद, अरबी तथा अनेक जलज वनस्पतियाँ तो अनंतकाय ही हैं। अचित्त आहार में इनके सचित्त खंड या अंश हों तो वह परठने योग्य होता है।
