The ascetic who relieves the faces and urine on the termite occupied living wood and on the land occupied by eggs and webs of spiders or supports the ones of relieves so.. The ascetic who dumps the faecus and urine on the moving, unmoving stirring or fixed pole, threshold, mortar, bathing stool or any other high places or supports the
ones who dumps so. 49. The ascetic who discards the faecus and urine on the moving and unmoving, stirring,
non-stirring, wall of the earth, wall made of brick, on rock, on piece of rock, stone
or any other high site soaring high in the sky or supports the ones who discards so. सर 50. The ascetic who throws away the excreta and urine on the moveable, unmoveable,
stirring, non-stirring, seatfolding, dias, pavallion, railing, palace or the roof of any mension or at any high place soaring in the space or supports the ones who throws away so.
Through doing the activities mentioned in the above fifty Sutras a laghu-chaumasi expiation comes to him.
सोलहवें उद्देशक का सारांश
THE SUMMARY OF SIXTEENTH CHAPTER सूत्र 1-3 गृहस्थयुक्त, जलयुक्त और अग्नियुक्त शय्या में ठहरना। सूत्र 4-11 सचित्त इक्षु या इक्षुखण्ड खाना या चूसना। सूत्र 12 अरण्य में रहने वाले, वन (जंगल) में जाने वाले, अटवी की यात्रा करने वालों से आहार
लेना। सूत्र 13-14 अल्प चारित्र गुण वाले को विशेष चारित्र गुण सम्पन्न कहना और विशेष चारित्र गुण
सम्पन्न वाले को अल्प चारित्र गुण वाला कहना। सूत्र 15 विशेष चारित्र गुण वाले गच्छ से अल्प चारित्र गुण वाले गच्छ में जाना। सूत्र 16-24 कदाग्रह युक्त भिक्षुओं के साथ आहार, वस्त्र, मकान, स्वाध्याय का लेन-देन करना। सूत्रं 25-26 सुखपूर्वक विचरने योग्य क्षेत्र होते हुए भी अनार्य क्षेत्रों में या विकट मार्गों में विहार करना। सूत्र 27-32 जुगुप्सित कुल वालों से आहार-वस्त्र शय्या ग्रहण करना तथा उनके वहाँ स्वाध्याय की
वाचना लेना-देना। सूत्र 33-35 भूमि पर संस्तारक (बिछौने) पर आहार रखना या खूटी छींका आदि पर आहार रखना। सूत्र 36-37 गृहस्थों के साथ बैठकर आहार करना या गृहस्थ देखें वहाँ आहार करना। सूत्र 38 आचार्य आदि के आसन पर पाँव लगाकर विनय किए बिना चले जाना। सूत्र 39 सूत्रोक्त संख्या का माप (परिमाण) से अधिक उपधि रखना। सूत्र 40-50 विराधना वाले स्थानों पर मल-मूत्र परठना।
इत्यादि दोष स्थानों का सेवन करने वाले को लघुचौमासी प्रायश्चित्त आता है।
