जो भिक्षु पात्र उधार लेता है, उधार लिवाता है, उधार लाकर देते हुए से लेता है अथवा लेने वाले का समर्थन करता है।

बदलता है, बदलवाता है, बदला हुआ लाकर देते हुए
भिक्षु छीनकर दिया जाता हुआ, दो स्वामियों में से एक की इच्छा बिना दिया हुआ और सामने लाकर दिया हुआ पात्र लेता है अथवा लेने वाले का समर्थन करता है। (उसे लघु चातुर्मासिक प्रायश्चित्त आता है।)
The ascetic, who purchases the utensils, gets purchased and takes from a person who also bought it or supports the ones who takes so.
The ascetic who borrows the utensil, get it borrowed and takes from a person who has borrowed it or supports the ones who does so.
The ascetic who exchanges the utensil with other utensil, gets it exchanged and takes from a person who offers having got it exchanged or supports the ones who takes so.
The ascetic accepts the utensil snatched one, without the permission of either owners or brought before the ascetic or supports the ones who does so, a laghu-masik expiation comes to him.

5. जे भिक्खू अइरेगपडिग्गहं गणि उद्दिसिय, गणि समुद्दिसिय, तं गणि अणापुच्छिय अणामंतिय अण्णमण्णस्स वियर, वियरंतं वा साइज्जइ ।
5. जो भिक्षु गणी के निमित्त अधिक पात्र ग्रहण करके गणी को पूछे बिना या निमन्त्रण किए बिना अन्य किसी को देता है अथवा देने वाले का समर्थन करता है। (उसे लघु चौमासी प्रायश्चित्त आता है।)
The ascetic who donates the utensils having taken extra pots for the use of head ascetic without his permission or without invitation or supports the ones who donates so, a laghu-chaturmasik expiation comes to him.
