निम्नोक्त कार्य करने वाला साधु-साध्वी
लघु चौमासिक प्रायश्चित्त का अधिकारी होता है 1. साधु द्वारा गृहस्थ के आदेश पर पशु को रस्सी से बाँधना 'त्रस प्राणियों के बंधन-विमोचन' का दोष कहलाता है।
. -3 12, सू.1 महिषादि के रोम युक्त चर्म का परिभोग करने वाले साधु को 'सरोम-चर्म परिभोग' का दोष लगता है।
-उ. 12, सू.5 3. गृहस्थ के वस्त्र से ढंके काष्ठ के पलंग पर बैठने वाले साधु को 'वस्त्राच्छादित पीढे पर बैठने' का दोष लगता है।
-3.12, सू. 6 4. साधु को सुन्दर इमारतें, जैसे ताजमहल आदि की प्रशंसा करने व देखने जाने पर 'रूप आसक्ति' का दोष लगता है।
-उ.12, सू.31 साधु द्वारा विहार में अपनी उपधि का गृहस्थ से वहन कराने पर दोष लगता है।

A Sadhu or Sadhvi who engages himself/herself in any one of the following activities is liable for Laghu-chaumashik atonement. 41
A monk ties an animal with a rope under the order of a householder, he then commits the fault of bondages to mobile living being. -Udd. 12, Su. 1 4 Amonk uses the leather of buffalo and the like. He is then guilty of the fault of using porus leather.
-Udd. 12, Su.5 | A monk sits on the wooden cot covered by the house holder with a cloth. He then commits the fault of sitting on seat covered with cloth. -Udd. 12, Su. 6 A monk goes to see the beautiful building such as the Taj or appreciates them. He is then guilty of the fault of attachment towards beauty. —Udd. 12, Su. 31 In case a monk during his wandering beings gets his articles carried through a householder he is guilty.
