पूर्णेतरमिवैकविकले तत्रोत्पन्नो हि सासादनो देहे । " पर्याप्तिं नापि प्राप्नोति इति नरतिर्यगायुष्कं नास्ति ॥ ११३ ॥
113. In the one-(sensed) and not-all (i. e., 2, 3, 4, sensed beings, it is the same) as in the (completely) nondevelopables, (And a soul) born as such (i, e., one to 4sensed souls), in the downfall (stage) does not acquire the capacity to completely develope the body, (Therefore, there) is no bondage of human or sub-human age (Karma), here.
