• Service to the afflicted is service to God, because it is the carrying out of the order of God. The soul in a living being is, in its real nature, the Supreme Being (God), according to this stand -point also, service to embodied beings is service to God. Thus service to the afflicted deifies the server (leads the server to the state of Godhood).
