બાહા સમ્પત્તિ ગમે તેટલી ઘણી યા મોટી હોય, પણ એથી સુખ પ્રાપ્ય નથી. વ્યાકુલતા વગરનું સ્થાયીસુખ તે માત્ર આધ્યાત્મિક ગુણસમ્પત્તિથી જ પ્રાપ્ય છે
