पितरौ सापराधौ स्तो न यौ संस्कुरूतः प्रजाम् । सर्वाधिकक्षमावाद्यगुरू तत्संस्करणे च तौ ।।
* માતાપિતા જે પિતાનાં સન્તાનને વિદ્યા-સંસ્કારથી સંસ્કારિત બનાવતા નથી તે તેઓ અપરાધી ઠરે છે. તેઓ પિતાના સંતાનના પ્રથમ ગુરુ હાઈ પિતાના સન્તાનને સંસ્કારશાલી બનાવવામાં સહુથી વધારે શક્તિમાન્ છે. ૮
* Those parents are guilty who do not properly educate and cultivate their childrem. And as they are the first Gurus of their children, they are the ablest of all in cultivating their children. 8 :
