The damsel is said to be simple-minded because she believes in the words of her friends, although she must have been aware of the nail-marks, which cannot be removed by the hands. 347) = = Oh wicked one ! C. qualifying दिद्रिणिवाया in the second half ( णिहालस ... अद्धतारयाणं आलोओ ). 350) forugelfs = singfanuzi = the unruly conduct, i, e. sin or crime of love or attach ment. En fa = some how, with great effort.
