The sranza is uttered by a woman who thinks that there is no possibility of her husband coming back to her though her female friends advise her to continue to live in the hope that he would come back some time and not to end her life in despair. 590) T70731=###:= the lonely male deer. Raghuvamsa 9, 67. The sense “tame female deer" for alfquas given by B has no relevance to the huntsman's presence in a forest for game. The sense “ spotted female deer" is therefore to be preferred.
