(2) As a result of deep attachment upto engrossment in heavenly sensual pleasures and enjoyments, the attraction of the newly born god (that he had just at the time of his birth) disappears. His attachment towards heavenly enjoyments becomes prominent (arises deeply), so he is not able to come to the human world even if he had such a desire.
(3) When a newly born god becomes attached and engrossed in heavenly sensual enjoyment and pleasures, he thinks-'I shall go now, I shall go now, I shall go after some time.' But in the mean time his relative whose life-span is very small (as compared to the lifespan of god) pass away. So, even if he has a keen desire to come to the human world, he is not able to come due to his lethargy (delay in translating his initial thought into action).
(4) The newly born gods become so much absorbed in sensual enjoyment and pleasures of heaven, that they dislike the dirty smell arising from the human world. They do not like it. The despising, bad smell of the human world spreads upto a height of four hundred to five hundred yojans in the sky (space). They have a keen desire to visit the human world. But due to the foul smell, they hesitate to come down to human world.
O Pradeshi! Therefore (due to said four reasons) the newly born gods cannot come here from heavenly world even if they have an inner desire to come. So you should have faith that soul and body are different. Soul is not body and body is not soul."
विवेचन - सूत्र २४५ मे बताया है - नारक जीव चाहते हुए भी चार कारणो से मनुष्यलोक में नही आ
सकता
(१) प्रथम कारण है- नरक लोक मे नारक वेदना से नही छूट पाता है। आगम मे बताया है, नरक मे अनेक प्रकार की वेदना है। जैसे - क्षेत्र सम्बन्धी, उस स्थान पर घोर अधकार, घोर गर्मी, घोर दुर्गन्ध, अत्यन्त भूख-प्यास आदि क्षेत्रजन्य वेदना है। वह उस स्थान से निकलकर भागना चाहे तब भी भाग नही सकता। जैसे बन्द जेल से बाहर निकलना सम्भव नही होता । कथाओ मे बताया है कि एक बार सीताजी के जीव सीतेन्द्र ने नरक स्थित लक्ष्मण के जीव को वहाँ से मुक्त करने के लिए उठा लिया और ऊपर
का प्रयास किया, किन्तु जैसे ही नरक से बाहर निकाला कि वह शरीर बर्फ अथवा पारे की तरह पिघल - पिघलकर छिन्न-विच्छिन्न होकर बिखर गया । यह उस क्षेत्र के पर्यावरण का ही प्रभाव है कि नारक जीव भयंकर वेदना सहते हुए भी उस स्थान को छोड़कर अन्यत्र नहीं जा सकते। वहीं रहने पर मजबूर
