Our sincere thanks are due to Dr. V.P. JOHRAPURKAR who placed this valuable edition of the Pramāprameya at our disposal for publication. Besides the Hindi translation of the text, he has added valuable Notes at the end which will help the reader to grasp allied material from other works. It is hoped that he would bring to light other unpublished works of Bhāvasena, of the Mss. (now in Germany) of which we have been able to secure the microfilm copies.
It gives us pleasure to iecord our sincere gratitude to the members of the Trust Committee and Praband hasamiti of the Sangha for their keen interest in the progress of the Jivarāja Jaina Granthamālā. It is a pleasure to be guided by the President of the Trust Committee, Shriman (ULABCHAND HIRACHANDAJI who shows enlightened liberalism in shaping the policy of the Granthamālā.
