as follows-In the Chandas the absolutive seat is irregularly used for seal To the root Vयज् is added क्त्वा and final आ is replaced by -ईनम्. As इष्टवीनम् देवान् for इष्ट्वा can !! the a in the sūtra indicates that there are other forms like this as att for uta.
