"पं० टोडरमल स्मारक ट्रस्ट के ट्रस्ट डीड में कुछ ऐसे आपतिजनक मुद्दे हैं, जिनको संशोधित करने की आवश्यकता है । मेरा सस्था के पदाधिकारियो से निवेदन है कि वे उसमे सुधार करें ताकि समाज में शान्ति का वातावरण बन सके ।"
हम निवेदन कर दें कि वीर सेवा मन्दिर की इस प्रक्रिया के फलस्वरूप हमें टोडरमल स्मारक ट्रस्ट जयपुर के महामंत्री द्वारा एक पत्र प्राप्त हुआ है कि वे ट्रस्ट डीड का पैरा ५ एव २८ परिवर्धित कर रहे हैं। पाठकों की जानकारी के लिए उनके पत्र के आवश्यक अंश नीचे दिये जा रहे हैं। ताकि वे इनके औचित्य अनौचित्य पर विचार कर सकें। साथ ही हमने जो उनसे पुनः आग्रह किया है, वह भी हम इसी अंक में छाप रहे हैं ।
पं० टोडरमल स्मारक ट्रस्ट, जयपुर से प्राप्त पत्र के अंश :
"वर्तमान भ्रमित वातावरण को देखते हुए दिगम्बर जैन महासमिति, दिगम्बर जैन परिषद, भारतवर्षीय दि जैन तीर्थ क्षेत्र कमेटी, वीर सेवा मन्दिर आदि प्रतिष्ठित एव ट्रस्ट की हितैषी संस्थाओं ने हमें अनुरोध किया एवं हमे परामर्श दिया कि समाज के वातावरण को ठीक करने के लिए ट्रस्टडी में आवश्यक स्पष्टीकरण देना चाहिए। उन सबकी भावनाओं का आदर करते हुए एवं आदरणीय साहू श्री श्रेयांस प्रसाद जी एवं आदरणीय साडू श्री अशोककुमार जी व श्री बाबूलाल जी पाटोदी आदि महानुभावो के अनुरोध का सम्मान करते हुए ट्रस्ट ने अपने स्टडीड मे निम्नानुसार स्पष्टीकरण के रूप मे परिवर्धन करने का निर्णय लिया है जिसकी आवश्यक कार्यवाही की जा रही है।
ट्रस्ट डीड का पैरा न० ५ एव २८ को इस प्रकार परिवर्धित किया गया है :5/Objects of the trust:
The objects of the trust shall be as follows: (1) To propogate "The tenets of Vitrag Digambar Jain Religion, as preached by our parampujya Tirthankar from Bhagwan Rishabhdev to Bhagwan Mahavir and as explained by our Pujya Acharyas like Acharya Shri Bhutbali, Pushpdant, Kund Kund, Umaswami and Samantbhadra etc and furthe explained in simple language by Pandit Shri Banarsidasji, Todarmalji, Daulatramji, Jaichandji and Shri KanjiSwami" (her inafter referred to as 'Digamber Jain Religion for the sake of brevity) in manner for the purpose.
28/Right of Worship:
Any person who is following the tenets of the Vitrag Digamber Jain Religion shall be at liberty to attend and to worship the deities in the temples belonging to the Trust at Jaipur (Rajasthan) according to Shuddh (Tarapanth) Amnaya at such time or times of the day as may be prescribed by the Trustees but no person shall be entitled to reside in the temple or its premises without the previous permission in writing of the Chairman or any other person appointed by the Trustees in this behalf, provided always that it shall be lawful for the Chairman or any other persons authorised in this behalf by the Trustees to remove or cause to be removed from the temple and its precinets any devotees or other such person
