________________ "Take Amrender Muni abroad with you..." Rev Shri Sushil Kumar Ji Maharaj started traveling frequently to other countries. One day, his Guru called him aside and said: Sushil Muni, I want you to take Amrender Muni abroad with you on your next trip. My heart says that he will be good for your work. This child is a special child. I see that he has a very bright future ahead of him. Do take him abroad with you next time you go. It seemed that destiny was opening a new chapter in Amrender Muni's life. Amrender Muni, come immediately to USA" Rev Shri Sushil Kumar Ji Maharaj was in Staten Island, New York when he sent an urgent summons to his disciple: Amrender Muni, come immediately to New York... I need you urgently. (6 When Amrender Muni received this message he said: Gurudev, I am truly blessed that you are remembering me and want me with you. However I am pursuing my studies in meditation and a comparative analysis of Jain Yoga, Patanjali Yoga and Buddhist Yoga and Darshan. Also I have to look after Rev Shri Chhote Lal Ji Maharaj. Hence I don't feel it is right for me to come to the States just now. Amrender Muni clearly did not want to go abroad! However another Jain monk, Rev Shri Subhag Muni advised him to go, saying: Amar, your Gurudev has asked you to join him... There must be a reason for it. Hence you should go. Shri Amrender Muni said: Yes, it is true. But my heart is not ready to let me travel abroad. Rev Shri Subhag Muni Ji said: Reflect on it carefully. He has called for you and it is your duty to obey him. Jain Education International 33 For Private & Personal Use Only amrender muni ji maharaj www.jainelibrary.org
