________________ Letter to Amrender Muni Ji Pat Bruno USA Dear Muniji, Thank you so much for coming to New Hampshire and Massachusetts and honoring us with your presence. Many years ago I asked Guruji (Sushil Kumar Ji) what I should do when he could no longer come and teach us and he told me to call Amrender Muniji and he would help. He said, “Amrender Muni will be coming to teach Arhum Yoga and Jainism and to give spiritual guidance when I am gone. It is very important that people everywhere know about nonviolence and how to go within themselves and meditate. Yoga is a good practice to make people aware of their bodies and in this way, when they discover themselves, they will see their connection to all other living things. Then they will understand that all people are connected, they will take care of nature and violence will stop. Amrender Muni will carry on for me and you can call him if there is any confusion.” We have been so sad since Guruji's death. Your visit has given us much joy and the confidence to keep practicing our mantra, yoga practices, and meditation. Having you here has been so exciting to everyone and it has brought new people to our Arhum Yoga practice. All the Pathways Yoga Teachers are now more encouraged to teach and thereby reach more people with the message of self-awareness and non-violence. I have been working to keep Guruji's vision alive here in New England but without your presence and loving help, I could not have been so successful. We hope that our help to the Universal Ahimsa Foundation can help with your project in Delhi and we look forward to seeing more shantidoot | messenger of peace 234 Jain Education International For Private & Personal Use Only www.jainelibrary.org
