________________ I had an akhand Namokar jap for five and a half hours on one Thursday. I had readied the pooja, and put out all the photographs of Guruji Maharajji, Bade Guruji and Baba Roopchandji Maharajji, and had decorated them with gota (gold ribbon). I got up at four, and thinking that everything was set, and all I had to do was light the diyas I thought that I would rest for fifteen minutes. As I was resting I saw two angels,...not with these physical eyes, but with an inner sight. They were talking a strange divine language that I have never heard before. They were saying: Lets wake her up or it will get late for the pooja. So you see, the powers-that-be did not want me to be late in starting the pooja so they sent the angels to wake me.. I met Guruji many years ago at my friend's house in Bahrain. That night a lot of people were coming to meet him. I thought people would like to sit in the front, so I sat at the back. Everyone was sitting in the front, and I saw Guruji coming down the stairs and there was a magnificent light, it was the most magnificent light that I have ever seen in my life and it was emanating from Guruji. I wondered "Who is that? Was it Shri Ramchandraji?" Then when everyone was leaving, and I went to him and did my pranams, I said "Guruji you came to my house, I saw you." He said "I have come several times..." He was coming to look after me and prepare me! Three or four days later Guruji was going back to India, and I thought: He is flying tonight, and he is going to be hungry on the plane. He never asks for food, and what was he going to do? I took some foil paper from my kitchen, got in the car and rushed to the super market, and got kishmish, badam, and some other dry fruits and wrapped it up in the foil and headed to where Guruji was staying. I rang the bell, and the lady opened the door and said "Yes, what is it?", I said "I have come to meet Guruji", and she said "He is having his breakfast", and I said "That is allright, I will sit on stairs" Then I heard shantidoot | messenger of peace 256 Jain Education International For Private & Personal Use Only www.jainelibrary.org
