An unforgettable boat ride with Guruji Agam Jerath Bahrain
I have known Guruji since a long time. Year after year I have been meeting him and attending his courses like many others in Bahrain. About 4 years ago I got a chance to receive him at the airport along with his other bhakts. That meeting with him is deeply engrained in my mind. I did not know that a split second of his grace at the airport itself had established a very deep connection with him. I actually felt an electrifying spark emanating from him and physically touching me. The overpowering energy had sent me reeling for a moment. I knew what I felt was not my imagination because I had met him so many times but I had never experienced anything like this before. I had a lot of respect and love for him but this feeling was totally new for me. It was too beautiful to be shared with anyone, so I wrapped it within the folds of my heart - a secret to be cherished in solitude.
Time went by and I found myself growing fonder and fonder of Guruji. Every year I used to wait for his holiness to come and bless me and my family. Last year, on his Gulf trip I heard he was going to Muscat first. I packed my bags and flew down to Muscat with a friend because I couldn't bear to wait any longer. Seeing him, hearing him, watching him, serving him, who is our divinity incarnate! Oh words can never express what I felt. Those two days were paradise itself. His hosts planned to take him on a boat trip to an island. When I heard of these plans I was brought back to my mundane existence with a jolt. All my ailments and with it all the accompanying worries came rushing. I had spondalitis. Even a quick movement can throw me off balance sometimes. For years I have been on medication for balancing my Eustachian fluids. During the attacks sometimes I lie in bed for days because even moving in the house makes me giddy. Now, they were all
