going for a boat ride with our master into the rough sea!! The boat ride with him meant the world to me and yet I knew I couldn't possibly do it. My heart reached out to him in silence.
I remember we all drove down to the sea shore. Everyone was so excited -changing their shoes, drying out their towels, folding up their trousers to get into the boat. I stood quietly watching, forlorn and sad. I thought the only way to make myself useful was to offer to look after everyone's things which they were not carrying. As they all started moving towards the boat to climb in, Guruji turned back and looked right into my eyes and gestured with his hand for me to come. For a moment I hesitated, and then I told him about my problem. He said "don't worry, nothing will happen”. I followed him in complete trust and surrender, without any doubts. He gave me a place next to him in the boat. Once we took off, I forgot about myself. Being in the sea, sitting near him, singing bhajans with all my friends ... I cannot write in words how beautiful it was. By the time we came back to the shore, 1 ? - 2 hours had already passed, and I found myself normal as ever!! Not the slightest inkling of giddiness or discomfort had I felt during the whole sea ride, where there were rough patches too!
Have you wondered what Guruji's powers are, after reading this? He is an entity who can never be understood to his fullest. All we can do is just be grateful to the heavens for getting us to meet him, to be under his care, to be under his grace!
Oh Guruji I know you have heard this from me for ever and ever, and I will still say this to you once again with folded hands - from the bottom of my heart - I really always feel that you are showering me with more than I deserve. I was named right when I was born AGAM DASI, your 'DAASI' FOR EVER.
