Anger sends clarity flying out of the window. It disrupts the flow of thought and leads one into a whirlpool of emotions. Any work done in anger does not bear fruit. It creates a storm in one's life which leads to destruction. The systematic order of life gets fragmented and life disintegrates. One may regret it later, but by then it is often too late and the destruction has already taken place.
Speaking on anger, Gurudev Shri Amrender Muni Ji, quoting his own Guru has said that if any one gets angry for just 15 minutes he uses up so much energy that he would need 6 months to recover it.
Live life to the full and attain your maximum potential:
Human life is the highest form of life. If you find any anger or hate around you, it is because you have moved away from the centre. As you become more and more centred you will find that any imbalances that may occur will be temporary and you will become centred again very soon.
Nowadays because of many vices, human beings have become separated from themselves. This is a very disturbing state of affairs. The soul incarnates in human form after doing many good deeds in previous lives. Life as a human being should not be wasted. Use your talents, your intelligence in such a way that you become an ideal example for people to follow.
All ideals cannot be achieved at once. Hence it is necessary to proceed step by step.
In today's life when evil forces are raising their heads, it is a testing time for human beings to retain their essential goodness. I pray that in this test all of you should pass with flying colours...this is my wish.
It is without doubt true that human life is the most important life form. To keep it at its high position is the responsibility of all humans.
