________________ "Shreyansi bahu vighnani". According to this sutra good work often has to face opposition and hurdles. If our objective is good, we should not worry or bother about opposition. A time comes when even our opponents get influenced by our good work and start walking hand in hand with us. 25. All religions, Jainism, Buddhism emphasize the significance of love and ahinsa. However does this mean that we should always have a total lack of anger even when someone is taking advantage of a situation with unrighteous conduct? Or when children (who are your responsibility) repeatedly indulge in wrong conduct, does anger (krodh) have a part to play? Anger is necessary where injustice is taking place. It is not wrong to be angry to oppose injustice or to bring someone around to the correct path. However, we should not harbour negative intentions towards them in our heart. 26. Guruji sometimes seekers on the spiritual path suffer from shaky faith in God and Guru when they are going through a rough period in life. Sometimes a mishap happens and completely shakes them out of their faith. Do you have any advice for them? Everyone has difficulties in life. One should not get unnerved or frustrated in the face of difficulties. Whenever you face difficulties, just think that "this too shall pass". This is my advice. 27. Guruji, what is the difference between atma and parmatma? What is in atma is there in parmatma. The soul who is still engangled in the bonds of karma is atma, and one who is completely free of bondage is parmatma 219 amrender muni ji maharaj Jain Education International For Private & Personal Use Only www.jainelibrary.org
