Kumar Ji wrote a special letter to Amrender Muni Ji in this time of grief:
He wrote: Dear Amrender Muni Ji, We feel a deep sorrow at the passing away of Revered Gurudev. In his protection we felt secure. He was the mountain under which we all could shelter. However no one can stop the passage of time and all of us have to leave our mortal body at one time or the other. I entreat you to maintain your composure at this difficult time.
When he read the letter, Amrender Muni Ji's grieving heart felt peace. Time passed.
Soon Amrender Muni received another letter from Rev Shri Sushil Kumar Ji Maharaj.
He wrote: The Rev Shri Shukal Chand Ji Maharaj had given you to me. At that time you did not come. Since he has attained mahasamadhi, it is my request that now you come to me in Delhi.
Amrender Muni Ji replied: At present I am pursuing my studies. Though I am physically here, in spirit I am not separate from you. As soon as I finish my studies I will come to Delhi.
Shri Sushil Kumar Ji replied: There are excellent facilities for you to study here in Delhi. At Ahinsa Bhavan we have a full fledged Sanskrit College. Since you are interested in Sanskrit, you can study that here. In addition, whatever else you wish to study will be made available once you come.
Amrender Kumar Ji kept receiving several such communications from Shri Sushil Kumar Ji Maharaj. Finally he decided that he could not ignore them any more and traveled to Delhi along with Shri Harish Chandra Ji Maharaj.
When Rev Shri Sushil Kumar Ji saw him in Delhi he could not contain his happiness. He hugged him close to his chest and said in joyful tones: Today my disciple has come back to me. Chotte Lal Ji
