ન્યાયકુસુમાંજલિ, [ यतुर्थस्वर्गश्रीरुपतिष्ठते यदि पशु यागे हतं सत्वरं
पित्रादेरपि देवशर्मददने नैव किमाचर्यते ? । हिंसायामितरत्र किं तदधिकं यागीयहिंसाविधे
येनैका सुकृतस्य हेतुरितरा पापस्य हेतुर्भवेत् ॥ ६॥
If the goddess of heaven speedily waits upon an animal killed in a sacrifice, why is not the same act performed in the case of father and others in order to give them celestial happiness ? What distinction is there between the ( ordinary ) killing and that wbich is performed in connection with sacrifice so that one becomes the cause of demerit, whereas the other of merit ? ( 6 )
“જે યજ્ઞમાં હણાયેલ પશુને સ્વર્ગલક્ષી સવાર પ્રાપ્ત થતી હોય તે પછી પિતાના પિતા વગેરેને પણ દિવ્ય સુખ આપવા માટે તેવું આચરણ કરવામાં કેમ ન આવે ? વળી યજ્ઞજનિત હિંસા અને અન્ય હિંસામાં ફરક શું છે, કે જેથી કરીને એક હિંસા સુખનું કારણ सने भी पानु ।२६ मने ?"सर्वेषां च मतं सती सुमनसा स्यादन्यतोऽन्या गति
यांगे चारटतः पशोः कटुरसं दैन्यप्रकम्पादिभिः । दुर्थ्यानं स्फुटमीक्ष्यते, कथमतः स्वर्गस्य सम्भावना ?
हन्तुर्दुष्परिणामतो न च कथं श्वभ्रस्य सम्भावना ? ॥७॥
It is the belief of every one that a good grade ( Gati is secured in case the mind is pure at the time of death; otherwise the reverse result takes place. Whence can there be possibility of heaven for an animal whose evil meditation is distinctly perceived by such things as its crying bitterly in a sacrifice,
