[ alger Various are the religions in this world and all the leaders of different religions declare that their own religion is the best means of achieving salvation. This being the case, it is not proper for the good men to remain bigots. What a foolish conduct is this that one ought to fall in a well because one's forefathers did so ? ( 18 )
વિશ્વમાં ધર્મને પડ્યો બહુ પ્રકારના છે. વળી સર્વ ધર્મના પોતપોતાના ધર્મને મુકિતરૂપી લક્ષ્મીનું શુદ્ધ સાધન કહે છે. આવી દશામાં સજજનોએ કુલધમને વિષે હઠવાદ કે દુરાગ્રહ પકડી રાખો વ્યાજબી નથી, કારણ કે પિતાના બાપદાદાઓ કૂવામાં પડતા આવ્યા, તેથી પોતે 43 414 439 S L -414! "-26
आत्मा कर्म करोति यादृशमिह प्रामोति ताहक्फलं __नो केनाप्युपभुक्तवस्तु मृतवानासादयेत् कर्हिचित् । देवत्वे कवलोपभोगविरहात् श्वभ्रे च दुःखोचयात्
तिर्यक्त्वे नृगतौ पुनः स्फुटतया प्रत्यक्षबाधोदयात् ॥ १९ ॥
Atman enjoys fruits according to the action it performs in this world.
