मनःशुद्धे सदाचारः सदाचारादसौ पुनः। इत्यन्योन्याश्रयाशङ्कां त्यक्त्वा कुवाँधमन्यतः ।।
* મનશુદ્ધિથી સદાચાર અને સદાચારથી મનશુદ્ધિએવા “અ ન્યાશ્રય” દેષની શંકા થતી હોય તો તે કાઢી નાખ અને સદાચાર દ્વારા મનશુદ્ધિને સાધ. (સદાચરણ પણું જેમ જેમ ખીલતું જશે તેમ તેમ મનની શુદ્ધિ વધતી જશે. અલબત્ત, સદાચરણ પર સ્થિર રહેવા માટે માનસિક બળની જરૂર છે જ) ૧૩
* Good conduct is formed by mental purification and mental purification is achieved by good conduct: thus arises an objection namely +Anyonyashraya.
