It is not possible to liberate (free) the (permanently sullied) 'Abhavya' or the unliberatable souls that have been hurt (sullied) by their ineligibility for liberation. However, it is possible to liberate the ‘Bhavya' souls that possess the eligibiliy for liberation. Therefore, all efforts must be made to liberate them from the miseries of the world. (In practice, however, it is not possible to distinguish one type from the other and the rightly inclined souls tries to mitigagte the misery of one and all.)
