डॉ.हेमलता बोलिया बहुमुखी साहित्यिक अभिरुचि की एक विदुषी लेखिका है।
अब तक वे भक्तामरस्तोत्र के मेवाड़ी भाषानुवाद व संस्कृत पाण्डुलिपियों के वर्णनात्मक सूचीपत्र तथा दो शीघ्र प्रकाश्य ग्रंथों - महार्थ मंजरी : एक अध्ययन व शब्दप्रमाणमीमांसा - सहित अनेक शोधालेखों का प्रणयन कर चुकी हैं। वे आकाशवाणी व दूरदर्शन की नियमित वार्ताकार भी हैं।
संप्रति वे मोहनलाल सुखाड़िया विश्व-विद्यालय के संस्कृत विभाग में सह-आचार्या हैं।
Dr.D.S.BAYA is an well-known and erudite scholar of Jainology.
He has won many laurels for his notable contribution to Jaina literature. Besides publishing numerous research-papers in national research journals, he has, todate, twelve published and three about to be publisehed books, on various disciplines of Jaina-studies, to his credit.
After a satisfying career in the Indian Army from where he retired in 1995 after nearly three decades of distinguished service, Col. Baya is presently a visiting Professor of Jainology, H.R.M. and Business Ethics.
