In this world, the living beings get pleasurable or painful feelings due to their auspicious or inauspicious nature of karma. This proves that there is a living and conscious soul other than this feeling, which feels. However, in the views of Devasută, this feeling itself is knowledgeable and conscious feeler, any separate conscious elmental entity doesn't exist. It is obvious that this argument is fallacious.
