The Life of Sri Mahāvīra આ પાનાની અંદર સોનેરી અક્ષરમાં પ્રભુ શ્રી મહાવીરના ચ્યવન કલ્યાણકનું અક્ષરશઃ વર્ણન આપેલું છે.

The left hand side margin is painted in three rows. God Dharanendra is seated with four hands in the first row. In the second row Goddess Padmavati is seated. In the third row Goddess Sarasvati is seated.
The middle margin is painted in three rows. Chakreśvari is seated with four hands in the first row. In the second row is seated Kapardiyaksa. In the third row is seated Brahmasāntiyaksa.
The right hand side margin is painted in three rows. Ambikā is seated with four hands in the first row. In the second row Saudharmendra is seated with four hands. In the third row Gomedha Yakša is seated with four hands.
At the top of the page there are beautiful designs and five laymen are seated with a Srifala (cocoanut ) is represented.
At the bottom of the page there are also painted same designs and four laymen, one laywoman and another layman are seated with varieties of worshipping articles keeping in their hands.
In the text written by gold letterings is : Sramaņa Bhagvān Mahāvīra having descended on the sixth night of the fourth month of and eighth fortnight of summer, on the sixth day of the bright half of the month Āsādha, from the most excellent Vimana, the all victorious and eminently beautiful Puspottara Vimāna, without an interval, on the termination of his allotted period of twenty sāgaropamas of residence there, of his divine body, and of his existence as a god here, into this Bhāratavarşa in Jambūdvīpa, into the southern half of Bhāratavarşa, when, of the present Avasarpiņi era, the first Susam-suşama age, the second Susama age, the third Suşama--duhşama age and a greater portion of the fourth Duhaşama-suşama age had elapsed and only seventyfive years and eight and a half.
૪. પ્રભુ શ્રીમહાવીર. દયાવિ. પત્ર. ૧ પુષ્પોત્તર વિમાનમાંથી વીસ સાગરોપમનું આયુષ્ય પૂર્ણ કરી ગ્યવ્યા. ચ્યવીને પ્રભુ મહાવીર બ્રાહ્મણ કુંડગ્રામ નામના નગરમાં, કેડાલગોત્રી ઋષભદત્ત બ્રાહ્મણની સ્ત્રી દેવાનંદા જે જાલંધર ગોત્રી છે, તેની કુક્ષિમાં ગર્ભરૂપે ઉત્પન્ન થયા. આષાઢ સુદિ ૬ના દિવસની મધ્યરાત્રીના સમયે અને ઉત્તરાફાળુની નક્ષત્રને ચંદ્રને યોગ પ્રાપ્ત થયો હતો તે વખતે પ્રભુ દિવ્ય આહાર, દિવ્ય ભવ અને દિવ્ય શરીરને ત્યાગ કરીને ગર્ભમાં આવ્યા.
ચિત્રમાં પબાસન ઉપર પ્રભુ મહાવીરની મૂર્તિ બિરાજમાન કરેલી છે. હાલમાં જેવી રીતે જિનમંદિરમાં મૂતિને આભૂષણોથી શણગારવામાં આવે છે તેવી જ રીતે ચિત્રમાં પણ મસ્તકે મુગટ, બંને કાનમાં કુંડલ, ગરદનમાં કઠો, હદય પર રત્નજડિત હાર, બંને હાથની કોણીના ઉપરના ભાગમાં બાજુબંધ, બંને કાંડા પર બે કડાં વગેરે ચીતરવામાં આવ્યાં છે. મૂર્તિ પદ્માસનની બેઠકે બેઠેલી છે, અને મૂર્તિની બંને બાજુ પરિકર છે. પરિકરની બંને બાજુએ એકેક પુરુષ સ્તુતિ કરતો ઊભેલો છે. વળી પબાસનની નીચે મધ્યમાં ધર્મચક્ર, ધર્મચક્રની બંને બાજુએ એકેક હાથી અને એકેક સિંહ તથા બંને છેડે એક વ્યકિત પ્રભુતુતિ કરતી બેઠેલી છે.
