Mahavira is standing near Chapḍakausika's hole in kayotsargamudra with the serpant. entwining itself round his body.
Colours : Red, ultrumuring, yellow, gold, purple, silver, grey, green, black, brown, white etc.
ચિત્ર ૧૫૦, વસોના પાડાની પસૂત્રની પ્રત ઉપરથી, શ્વેતાબી નગરીના રાજ પ્રદેશ પ્રભુ શ્રીમહાવીરને શ્વેતાંખી નગરીમાં પધારવા વિનંતી કરે છે. ચિત્રના ઉપરના ભાગમાં, ચિત્રની ડાબી બાજુએ કાયાત્સર્ગમાં ઊભા રહેલા પ્રભુ મહાવીરને પ્રદેશી રાજા વિનંતી કરતા ચિત્રની જમણી બાજુએ રજૂ કરેલા છે. પ્રદેશી રાજાના ઉપરના ભાગમાં એક વૃક્ષની રજૂઆત ચિત્રકારે કરેલી છે. ચિત્રના નીચેના ભાગમાં હાથી ઉપર બેસીને પ્રભુ મહાવીરને વંદન કરવા આવતા પ્રદેશી રાજા હાથીના ઉપર બેઠેલા છે, હાથીની આગળ એક પાતિ સૈનિક છે. ચિત્રની બાજુના ભૌમિતિક આકૃતિવાળા હાંસિયા પણ દર્શનીય છે.

ચિત્ર ૧૫૧, ધ્રુવસાના પાડાની પ્રત્ત ઉપરથી. પ્રભુ શ્રીમહાવીરને કતનાના ઉપસર્ગ. મહાવીર પ્રભુ વિહાર કરતા કરતા ગામક સૈનિર્દેશમાં ભાવી પહોંચ્યા. અહીં ઉદ્યાનમાં રહેલા બિબેલક નામના ચી પ્રભુના મહિમા કર્યાં. ત્યાંથી પ્રભુ વિહાર કરીને શાલી નામના ગામમાં ગયા. ત્યાં માઢ મહિનાની કડકડતી ઠંડીમાં ઉદ્યાનમાં પ્રભુ પ્રતિમાધ્યાને રહ્યા. પ્રભુના ત્રિપૃષ્ટ વાસુદેવના ભવમાં એક વિજયવતી નામની અણમાનીતી રાણી હતી તે મરીને કટપૂતના નામની ધ્વંતરી થઈ હતી, તે બંતરીએ તાપસીનું રૂપ વિકી પાતાની જટામાં હિંગ જેવું ઠંડું પાણી ભરી પ્રભુના શરીર ઉપર છાંટવા માંડયુ, તે જળ વડે પ્રભુને બહુજ આકરી શીત ઉપસર્ગ થયા. છતાં પ્રભુને નિશ્ચલ જાણીને, તે વ્યંતરી પ્રભુની ક્ષમા માંગીને ચરણુમાં નમી પડી. આ શીત ઉપસર્ગને સહન કરતા અને ના તપવડે વિશુદ્ધ થએલા પ્રભુને તે વખતે લેાકાવિધ-અવધિજ્ઞાન ઉત્પન્ન થયું.
ચિત્રમાં ડાબી બાજુએ કાચોત્સર્ગમુદ્રાએ પ્રભુ ઊભેલા છે. પ્રભુના ઉપરના ભાગમાં તાપસી રૂપે વિષુવૃતી જટામાં પાણી ભરી ભરીને છાંટતી એવી કટપૂતના ધૃતરીને ચિત્રકારે ચિત્રની જમણી બાજુએ રજૂ કરેલી છે. પાણી છાંટવા છતાં પ્રભુને નિશ્ચલ જાણીને, તે ચૈતરી પ્રભુના ચરણમાં નમી પડતી અને પ્રભુની સ્તુતિ કરવી, પ્રભુના જમણા પગની પાસે રજૂ કરેલી છે. આ ચિત્રપ્રસંગ પણ બીજી પ્રતામાં ભાગ્યે જ મળી આવે છે.

At that time a Vanavyantarika goddess named Katapatana was there. She had been a wife of Mahavira in a previous birth and had at one time been offended by him. While still in angry mood, she died. After a number of births, she became a human being, and in that existence practised bala tapas (improperly motivated ascetism)-in consequence of which she was now born. as a Vyantari goddess. She remembered her enmity of the previous birth and decided to female ascetic with avenge the old injury. She transformed herself into a matted hair and a bark dress, and appeared above the Master. Then she drenched him with icy water and directed wind to empty rainy clouds on the Lord. The drops fell from
