performed by the aspirant, ultimately come to a standstill and the aspirant becomes completely engrossed in the nature of the pure self. Thus subscribing to the view that the path of liberation is the path of renouncing all activities both inauspicious and auspicious.
While the 6th stanza hints at the absolute detachment of the aspirant, the 7th stanza gives a clue on how to win over the worst enemies on the path of spirituality. The trick suggested is like a powerful laser beam which would bring to naught the ferocious internal strife and the aspirant would be victorious in a jiffy.
The 8th stanza elucidates the remarkable effect of the war tactic used to win the internal enemies. The 9th stanza expresses the poets passion for leading the life of a monk in respect of both the external and internal adherence true to both the word and spirit of the scriptures. The 10th stanza is an epitome of expression of absolute equanimity. The 11th and 12th stanzas describe the exacting and strenuous nature of the spiritual path but they also hint how the serenity of the monk's attitude transforms this extremely demanding and steep uphill task into a child's play that could be traversed effortlessly. Verses 13 through 17 describe in lucid manner the technical descriptions of the internal states of the soul and the processes of karmas that occur during the ascendance of higher rungs of the spiritual ladder. The humdrum technical descriptions are rendered into poetic form without sacrificing the veracity of the actual processes that are undergone at the karmic level. The 18th verst attempts to describe the indescribable and hence the poet has little choice but to use negative terms profusely. The 19th verse elaborates the nature of the liberated soul in more positive terms. શાળામારા
