________________ A being with enlightened world-view (samyagdarsana) should perceive by his (enlightened) intellect (sapehae) that nobody could protect him and then give up greed for wealth as well as attachment to relatives The word preksa is again used in Uttar. VII 19 in the context of human form of life. In both the above instances, the word 'preksa' is used to mean ‘to perceive'. 6. STEPS OF preksa Meditation Following steps are suggested for successful exercise of PM through therapeutic thinking and autosuggestion: 1) Step one: Mahaprana Dhvani: Mahaprana Dhvani is a slow, prolonged exhalation with a humming sound. It helps in building up of the foundation of the main meditational exercise. Benefits of the practice of Mahaprana Dhvani:: a) It builds armour like cover (kavaca) enveloping the practitioner that protects him from the onslaught of evil influences of the external environments. b) It reinforces the efficiency of the neuronal activity of the brain and increases its operational efficiency. c) It promotes concentration of mind by reducing its wandering. d) Regular practice enhances the memory power. e) It subsides the internal turmoil. f) It promotes slow and deep breathing. 2) Step two: Slow, Deep and Rhythmic Breathing: શનિવાર co fazilecel şlidt2r31-8
