Philosophers, as well as scientists - including neuroscientists - agree that hormones secreted by endocrines have profound influence on our mental states and behavioral patterns."21 At this state, sensory actions and motor actions start. 9.2.7 Vicara tantra - Mental action
As stated earlier, the mental activities consist of conceiving and perceiving. The messages received from the neuro endocrine system trigger these dual actions. 9.2.8 Kriya tantra - Physical and /or Vocal actions
In the final stage, the physical and/or vocal actions take place as per the commands given by the mind. This completes the full sequence of the result of karma udaya culminating into yogic actions. 9.2.9 The cycle goes on
Every yogic kriya will cause vibrations, which will again attract karma. Depending on the type and intensity of the ensuing mental, vocal and physical reactions, corresponding changes occur at the cinacione! !evel. Tl.a emotions in t afícct the horre: 31 secretions from the endocrine glands. These changes have a corresponding feedback on the aura and lesya, which eventually leads to the formation of new karma. Thus, the cyclic process of karmic fruition and formation continues ceaselessly until the soul consciously exerts its energies to break up the cycle. Preksa meditation and anupreksa can help the soul for such conscious efforts. 10. Meditation & Value-added Meditation
