वीयंति चामराहिं मणि-रयणविचित्तदंडाहिं॥११॥ ३७१. जब भगवान सिंहासन (शिविका) पर आरूढ़ हुए तब शक्रेन्द्र और ईशानेन्द्र उसके दोनों ओर खड़े होकर मणि-रत्नादि से चित्र-विचित्र हत्थे-डण्डे वाले चामर भगवान पर झुलाने लगे॥११॥
371. When Bhagavan rode the palanquin, Shakrendra and Ishanendra stood on his flanks and started swinging chamars (whisks) having gem studded beautiful handles. (11)

पच्छा वहति देवा सुर-असुरा गरुल-णागिंदा ॥१२॥ ३७२. सबसे पहले मनुष्यों ने हर्ष एवं उल्लासपूर्वक वह शिविका उठाई, तत्पश्चात सुर, असुर, गरुड़ और नागेन्द्र आदि देव उसे उठाकर ले चलने लगे॥१२॥ DEPARTURE FOR INITIATION
372. First of all human beings lifted the palanquin with happiness and joy. After that gods, demons and other gods including Garuds and Naagendras lifted and carried the palanquin. (12) ३७३. पुरतो सुरा वहंती असुरा पुण दाहिणम्मि पासम्मि।
अवरे वहति गरुला णागा पुण उत्तरे पासे ॥१३॥ ३७३. उस शिविका को पूर्व दिशा की ओर से सुर (वैमानिक देव) उठाकर चलते हैं, ... असुर दक्षिण दिशा की ओर से, गरुड़ देव पश्चिम दिशा की ओर से और नागकुमार देव उत्तर दिशा की ओर से उठाते हैं॥१३॥
