nirgranth indulging in erotic talks about women, time and again, disturbs his serene conduct and serene celibacy, and falls from the serene code propagated by the Kevali. Therefore a nirgranth should abstain from indulging in erotic talks about women time and again. This is the first bhaavana.
(२) अहावरा दोच्चा भावणा-णो णिग्गंथे इत्थीणं मणोहराई २ इंदियाई आलोइत्तए . णिज्झाइत्तए सिया। केवली बूया-निग्गंथे णं इत्थीणं मणोहराई २ इंदियाइं आलोएमाणे
णिज्झाएमाणे संतिभेदा संतिविभंगा जाव धम्माओ भंसेज्जा, णो णिग्गंथे इत्थीणं मणोहराई २ इंदियाइं आलोइत्तए णिज्झाइत्तए सिय त्ति दोच्चा भावणा।
(२) इसके पश्चात् दूसरी भावना यह है-निर्ग्रन्थ कामभावपूर्वक स्त्रियों की मनोहर एवं मनोरम इन्द्रियों को सामान्य रूप से या विशेष रूप से नहीं देखे। केवली भगवान कहते हैंस्त्रियों की मनोहर इन्द्रियों को रागपूर्वक अवलोकन करने वाला साधु शान्तिरूप चारित्र का नाश तथा ब्रह्मचर्य का भंग करता है तथा केवली-प्ररूपित धर्म से भ्रष्ट हो जाता है। अतः निर्ग्रन्थ को स्त्रियों की मनोहर एवं मनोरम इन्द्रियों का कामरागपूर्वक अवलोकन नहीं करना चाहिए। यह दूसरी भावना है। ___(2) The second bhaavana is A nirgranth should not lustfully look at or think about beautiful and attractive female organs. The Kevali says—A nirgranth who lustfully looks at or thinks about beautiful and attractive female organs disturbs his serene conduct and serene celibacy, and falls from the serene code propagated by the Kevali. Therefore a nirgranth should abstain from lustfully looking at or thinking about beautiful and
attractive female organs. This is the second bhaavana. a (३) अहावरा तच्चा भावणा-णो णिग्गंथे इत्थीणं पुव्वरयाइं पुव्वकीलियाई
सुमरित्तए सिया। केवली बूया-निग्गंथे णं इत्थीणं पुव्वरयाइं पुव्वकीलियाई सरमाणे के संतिभेया जाव विभंगा जाव भंसेज्जा। णो णिग्गंथे इत्थीणं पुव्वरयाई पुव्वकीलियाई सरित्तए सिय ति तच्चा भावणा।
(३) अब तीसरी भावना का स्वरूप इस प्रकार है--निर्ग्रन्थ पूर्वाश्रम में श्रमण स्त्रियों के साथ की हुई पूर्व रति एवं पूर्व काम-क्रीड़ा का स्मरण नहीं करे। केवली भगवान कहते हैंस्त्रियों के साथ में की हुई पूर्व रति एवं पूर्वकृत काम-क्रीड़ा का स्मरण करने वाला साधु भावना : पन्द्रहवाँ अध्ययन
