Different dialectical efforts probably stand for different schools in early Jainism, which does not differ much in their views. The subdivisions of niksepa are based on few new terms coined. There are six terms of this type37: Ś. Ā. 'Sarira' and 'Agama' Sāmukha nikṣepa with āmukha i.e. with programme Nirāmukha nikșepa without āmukha, i.e. without programme Davvao nikṣepas introducing the determinants in the ablative case i.e. davvao (according to substance) Davva-loga nikṣepa supplying determinant and catchword in the form of a compound i.e. davva-loga. Amukha style recurring dialectical pattern, employing ‘programmes' but not to be classified as niksepa. Dr. Bhatta has classified the forms of the Nikșepas as under: Niksepa Canonical Parallels Samūkha Pattern Samukha Irregular Nirāmukha Pattern Davvao Davva-loga Close Remote Post-canonical Ś. A. Miscellaneous Classical Nikṣepa
