O Shantinath! may the orders of saints who are fully satisfied by drinking the nector of restraints be always victorious. May great saints who are always delighted due to the fruitioning/rise of self bliss, attain eternal transcendental bliss. May the great saints; who suffer/under go harassments and hardships and are practising hard and difficult austarities in order to attain the bliss of salvation; succeed in attaining it (eternal bliss) and the governance/rule of shri Arihanta deva be pervasive in all the three universes and be more and more effective.
शान्तिः शं तनुतां समस्त जगतः, संगच्छतां धार्मिकैः । श्रेयः श्री परिवर्धतां नयधरा, धुर्यो धरित्रीपतिः । । सद्धिधारसमुद्गिरन्तु कवयो, नामाप्यघस्यास्तु मां । प्रार्थ्यं वा कियदेक एव, शिवकृद्धर्मो जयत्वर्हताम् । । 3 ।।
(शांतिः) शान्तिनाथ तीर्थंकर (समस्त जगतः तनुता) सम्पूर्ण जगत् के प्राणियों को (शं संगच्छता) सुखी करो। (धार्मिकैः) धर्मात्मा जीवों को (श्रेयः श्री परिवर्धता ) कल्याणकारी स्वर्ग-मुक्ति लक्ष्मी प्रदान करो । ( नयधरा) नीति की जगत् में बाढ़ हो, (धरित्रीपतिः धुर्यो) राजा पराक्रमी, शूर-वीर हो, (सद्वियारसम् उद्गिरन्तु कवयो) विद्वद्जनों में समीचीन / उत्तम विद्या का ( लोक में) प्रसार करो, (नाम अपि अघस्य आस्तु मा) पाप का नाम भी देखने को न रहे / पाप का समूल नाश हो, (वा) और (प्रार्थ्यं कियत्) मांगने के लिये क्या (एक एव ) एक ही हो (अर्हताम् ) जिनेश्वर का (शिवकृत् धर्मः) मोक्षदायक धर्म (जयतु ) जयवन्त हो ।
O lord Shāṇtinath! may all the living beings in all the three universes be pleased. May mundane souls attain celestial pleasures and the goddess of salvation. May ethics and justice prevail upon the earth. May the king of earth be brave (heroic). May excellent knowledge be acquired by learned persons; in order to uproot sinfulness and may the religion of shri Arihanta deva ever victorious. This is the only prayer/submission, which I finally beg from you.
